2. During the warranty period, call back will be made mothly, to know about the quality. We will assign our clerks to trace hotels once a quater, as to the usage situation, we also dispatch proffessional person to the hotel for assisting preservation. Besides, we set up the full preserve files, it aims at helping hotel to finish the preservation job for hadware assorting.


3. All furniture can be fixed or replaced for free if quality problem within one year.


4. Furniture was damaged cause from accident or wrong usage. We offer fixing service with specific fixing charges or cost of replaced.
